30-day returns on unused equipment in original packaging.
Returns
Contact service@farmry.com within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. Return freight and a restocking fee may apply on non-defective returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the crate arriving back at our warehouse.
